Hey is it normal for my pearl to reboot itself after one song played on my media player? How do I stop it from happening is there some setting I need to change? Please feel free to email me back its getting kind old having to wait for it to turn back on and shuts off after one song

@ Mike, no that isn’t normal. Is it a new(er) phone? Sometimes simple bugs can be fixed by pulling the battery out and rebooting the device. If this doesn’t work and you continually have issues I would call 611 (free customer care call) and see if it’s covered under a warranty exchange and ask for a new one. I used a few Blackberry pearl models but never ran into that.

Tried to download Score Mobile onto my Curve. Loaded fine including icon. But when I try the program it say “no data available”. I have nothing else. What’s the issue? Thanks.

@Simon- I would try to delete the app from your Blackberry and download it again. Also, sometimes a battery pull helps solve little issues like that.
